A greatly sculped and articulated EwokDec 25, 2012

26 years ago, I was collecting figures from the Return of the Jedi when I stopped. I don't recall why. I didn't get Han Solo in Trench Coat or Leia in Combat Poncho (what?!?), but I got Teebo from the last wave I bought from. So there is a lot running on Lumat shoulders.
This figure is from The Vintage Collection; Lumat as seen in the film Return of the Jedi. I have to say I'm really impressed on how well sculpted this figure is. The detail on the fur is amazing, similar to the sculpt on Clone Wars Chewbacca, but compressed to match the reduced size.
Out of the box this figure wears a hood with strapped quiver which is removable. It also include a spear, a bow and three arrows.
This figure has: - a ball-jointed head - ball-hinged shoulders, elbows, hips and ankles, - swivel wrists and waist, but - no articulated knees.
Overall, this figure offers great likeness and good posability. I'm not a fan of ewoks, but I must say that Lumat just got me to order Logray. Let see how that one score next.

I hated the ewoks in 1983, but I love these figures!Nov 11, 2012
By WD Preece Well sculpted and well articulated, that's the new standard for Hasbro's Star Wars line. Lumat's one of the better ewok figures because he comes with a bow and several loose arrows that fit snug into his quiver. Hard to believe Hasbro could pull that off with a 4" figure line.

yet another wonderful EwokNov 04, 2012
By Enjolras Coming on the heels of Hasbro's Ewok 5-pack and two-pack, we get yet another excellent Ewok. Lumat isn't a new body sculpt, and he's somewhat generic for an Ewok, although the face is new. What is really exciting about this little guy is the accessories. His spear is new and looks really authentic. Also, his bow can actually hold an arrow, making it look like Lumat is going to fire it. The figure has shoulder, elbow, wrist, and leg articulation, which is amazing given how small he is. Overall, Hasbro has really nailed the Ewoks down.

Ewok Lumat is a great addition to the vintage collections. Great quality, great customer service, fast delivery. I would definitely recommend to friends and fellow Star War collectors and family members. It was a fairly good value as far as cost wise.

Awesomely ridiculous ewoksDec 22, 2012
By sidewinding milkman Most everyone, including us hardcore SW fans, will admit that ewoks are fairly ridiculous. That being said, I am really enjoying the versions that are being released through the vintage collection. The detail is outstanding and this Lumat figure is no exception. He comes with a spear, a bow, and arrows. The best part of all these new ewoks is that each one has a distinct sculpt and scale. Very fun for a Rotj fan. Hopefully they come out with updated versions of ewok village Leia and Endor Luke in his pancho.
