Very well made and a bargain too!Oct 31, 2011
By T. Cowden I was impressed wih these MediaBridge cables. One of the weaknesses often found in inexpensive cables is poor connections of the leads in the RCA jacks. When a generic cable is subject to a lot of use, or abuse, the first point of failure is usually at the connector. I unscrewed the barrel of one of the MediaBridge RCA connectors and found the soldered connections to be encased in a hard protective plastic. Although you can't actually see the connection, the plastic surround should work very well in protecting the sensitive connections. Another thing that impressed me was the 3.5mm minijack connector. It's designed to make a tight connection even if you are connecting it to a smartphone with a case. Lastly, the cable itself feels strong and sturdy, but is still very flexible. Highly recommended!!

By Spartan1138 I rarely write reviews, but after Mediabridge emailed me, they asked me to rate their product. Impressed with their commitment to quality,I decided I would write a quick review. I use this cable in my car, I hook up my ipod using the headphone jack and run the rca style plugs to my car. The quality is great, I like the gold tipped plugs, double shielding and the cable is good quality. I set my ipod at about 75% and plug it in and use my volume from my car afterwards. Mediabridge makes a fine cable, the price is quite affordable and the quality is superb. Remember, you get what you pay for and if you want to pay 1 dollar for a cable, the audio quality will suffer for it. Also, I use my ipod touch with a otterbox commuter series case and I have no issue at all with the plugs not fitting. The design they advertise does indeed work. Buy and use with confidence.

By W. Zellmer This cable is good. Gives a tight fit at the connections. The gold plated connectors means shouldn't corrode at all. Bought an hdmi from mediabridge before this and looked for the brand again when I needed this connection. Mediabridge gives a nice quality product for the low price you pay for it.

You can connect your laptop (use the headphone output), iPod, iPhone, MP3 player or other device that uses 3.5 mm jack and headphone levels, to your existing stereo. You don't need to buy a sound dock or other gadget with a built in amplifier and speakers, when you've likely got it already sitting on a shelf next to your multi-CD player and turntable. Connect them to the left and right audio inputs of some unused accessory on your amplifier/tuner and it will work. It is that simple, Plug and go...

The cable looks really slick. It has a nice look almost everything you could ask for in a cable. There are two design flaws to this cable.
One- the supposed gold tips easily unscrew as mention by previous customers.
The benefit - If you want to replace the wire and the casing to make your own cables, you have portable gold tips.
Two - the cable didn't last that long. I do not think I put the cable into any stressful situations or positions for it not to last, but a year.
The benefit - at least it served it still usable.
Condition: I mostly exposed this cable to the outdoor environment. I stored it in my oh-crap gig bag for quick retrieval, and I always roll and store my cables in a cautious manner.
